Simulated loss of off site power to the emergency 4160V Duses.
80-12 (A)
An internal fault of the "A" phase main transformer caused a failure of the main bus potential transformers, ground detection protection and damaged the isolated phase bus.
This was sensed by the generator leads protection safety equipment causing an automatic generator, turbine and reactor trip. At this time it has not been determined why the main transformer failed.
