Licensee entered EAL MU-1, Toxic Gas detected within the Protected Area that impacts normal operations. There were two personnel in the building at the time of the leak, one Non-licensed operator and his supervisor. The Non-licensed operator was overcome by fumes and became nauseous and was taken to the onsite dispensary. The non-licensed operator was treated and taken to the local hospital.
