In view of the nature of the action, the only coordination was informal review by OELD ano Waste Management staff.

Di eks of the course of action the Comission has approved or proposed amendments to the uranium mill tailings re lations, item 1. of the memorandum requested that a final wording of the Implemehtation and Enfore t Policy insert be forwarded to the Comission for approva. is the proposed fina wording of the Implementation and Enforcement Po cy insert. - shows the changes made b ore adding the coments as an insert to the Policy st tement.

The Policy insert has been incorporated in both the proposed rule and advance notices as indicated in Item 2.
