BVPS UFSAR UNIT 1 Rev. 26 15A-1 APPENDIX 15A LICENSE REQUIREMENTS MANUAL Changes to the technical specifications may result in relocating various technical specification items to the Licensing Requirements Manual. This maintains control of the items and allows changing these requirements in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59 without the need to process a license amendment request.
