Dear Mr. Berkow:
This letter is in response to telephone conversations between PSC and the NRC on July 18, 1986 concerning the Phase II ISIT Technical Specification amendment application (Reference 1).
PSC is currently resolving NRC comments (Reference 2), based on the clarifications and agreements discussed during the telephone conversation.
Reference 2 requested that the proposed Technical Specification changes be resubmitted by July 15, 1986. However, as agreed to in the telephone conversation, the revised Technical Specification amendment application will be submitted on September 1, 1986.
