Proposed Changes to STS Section 1.4 and TSTF 284, R.2 Modify last sentence of first pargraphof insert I as follows:
Examples 1.4-3, 1.4-4, 1.4-5, and 1.4-6 discusses these special situations.
Replace last part of insert I beginning with the last sentence of the second paragraph:
Some Surveillances contain notes that modify the Frequency of performance or the conditions during which the acceptance criteria must be satisfied. For these Surveillances, the MODE entry restrictions of SR 3.0.4 restrietcons would
