In response to your submittal dated September 30, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML21285A167), and pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Special Nuclear Materials License SNM-142 is hereby amended to approve Joshua Young, M.S. as the radiation safety officer. Accordingly, License Condition 9 has been revised to list the date of your submittal, and Amendment 4 is issued. All other conditions of this license remain the same. | |||
Enclosed is a safety evaluation report as well as public and non-public copies of the revised license. This letter concludes action on the amendment request. | |||
