This is in response to your letters dated July 18,1997, requesting certificate amendments to the compliance plans for the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PGDP) and the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PORTS). The amendments requested changing the due dates for the PGDP and PORTS Safety Analysis Report Updates (SARUP).
Your October 31,1997, submittals and commitment in your March 30,1998, letter to update Chapter 3 of the PGDP and PORTS SARUP have made the amendment requests moot.
Accordingly the TAC No. L32039 for Paducah and TAC No. L32040 for Portsmouth are being closed.
