Dear Mr. Miller:
This is in response to your letters dated July 18,1997, requesting certificate amendments to the compliance plans for the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PGDP) and the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PORTS). The amendments requested changing the due dates for the PGDP and PORTS Safety Analysis Report Updates (SARUP).
