However, Applicants do not believe there is anything in OCRE's comments which would warrant staying the effectiveness of the Partial Initial Decision. In the event that the Commission be-lieves that any of the matters raised in OCRE's comments re-quires further consideration, Applicants request an opportunity to be heard on those issues pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
5 2.764(f)(2)(ii).
