LIMERICK GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - CORRECTION LETTER REGARDING REVIEW OF BIENNIAL DECOMMISSIONING FUNDING REPORT AND PLAN FOR PROJECTED SHORTFALL (TAC NOS. ME0533 AND ME0534)

Dear Mr. Pardee:

By letter dated September 25,2009, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML092040018), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) provided you with a summary of the biennial decommissioning status report review for Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2. During a review of the records for this activity, it was noted by the NRC staff that the actual date of signature for this letter was September 29, 2009, and not September 25, 2009, as indicated. Since the issuance date of the letter is not significant with respect to the status report review, the original letter dated September 25, 2009, will remain as an official agency record in ADAMS and will not be re-issued.
