The Board intends to hear oral argument concerning standing and the sufficiency of the hearing request on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the Grundy Court House, located at 111 East Washington Street in Morris, Illinois. The Board will hear oral argument from: (1) counsel for Local Union No. 15, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO (Petitioner); (2) counsel for the Applicant, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon); and (3) counsel for the NRC Staff.1 Unless changed by subsequent order, the argument will commence at 9:30 a.m.
Central Standard Time (CST).
After reviewing the forthcoming memoranda, the Board may provide, in a subsequent order, information concerning how the argument will be structured, the time that will be allotted to each participant, and specific topics and questions upon which the Board wishes the 1
