REQUEST FOR HEARING IN THE MATTER OF EXELON GENERATION COMPANY, LLC, DRESDEN NUCLEAR POWER STATION, DOCKET NOS. 50-237-EA AND 50-249-EA, CONFIRMATORY ORDER MODIFYING LICENSE (EA-13-068)
The Office of the Secretary has received a petition to intervene and request for hearing from the Local Union No. 15, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (AFL-CIO). The request was filed in response to a "Confirmatory Order Modifying License (EA-13-068), Docket Nos. 50-237 -EA and 50-249-EA," dated October 28, 2013, and was published in the Federal Register at 78 Fed. Reg. 66965 (November 7, 2013). In response to an extension request submitted on November 22, 2013 by the petitioner, the Director of the Office of Enforcement by email dated November 27 2013, extended the time for filing a request for hearing to December 12, 2013.
The request was timely filed via the EIE on December 12, 2013.
The request for hearing is located in ADAMS and on the Electronic Hearing Docket under accession number ML13346B030. The Confirmatory Order Modifying License (EA-13-068) is also located in ADAMS, and can be located as accession number ML13298A144.
This matter is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R.
§2.346(i). This referral is being served on theE-Filing service list for Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Docket Nos. 50-237 -EA and 50-249-EA.
