January 14, 2014 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTIES IN:
EXELON GENERATION COMPANY, LLC (Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 & 3)
DOCKET NOS. 50-237 -EA and 50-249-EA This is to inform the parties that Commissioner Kristine L. Svinicki will tour the Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 & 3 on the afternoon of Thursday, January 16, 2014. This is a routine site visit to obtain a general familiarity with the facility. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudication associated with the Confirmatory Order Modifying License (EA-13-068), issued on October 28, 2013 for the Dresden Nuclear Power Station.
