On Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, this Board will convene a conference call with the parties to discuss matters relating to case scheduling and management in this 10 C.F.R. Part 2, Subpart M proceeding. See 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.332(a); 2.1320(a)(6). In particular, this Board will solicit the parties views on the following topics: (1) whether the parties plan to request a written hearing; (2) if the hearing is oral, how many days do the parties anticipate the hearing will last; (3) if the hearing is oral, whether the parties prefer it be held near the Aerotest facility or at the ASLBP Hearing Room in Rockville; and (4) the scheduling of specific procedural events. The Board anticipates that the conference call can be conducted within 60 minutes.
