On August 12, 2014, the Board held an evidentiary hearing for the Aerotest proceeding in Rockville, Maryland. On August 27, 2014, Aerotest Operations, Inc. and Nuclear Labyrinth, LLC (the Companies) filed an Unopposed Motion to File a Redacted, Publicly Available Transcript from the August 12, 2014 Hearing.1 The Board accepts all proposed redactions, which counsel for the Companies certify are limited to information that is exempt from disclosure pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.390, and orders that this redacted transcript be filed in the public hearing docket.
