ASLBP No. 14-931-01-LT-BD01 (Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor) April 22, 2014 Notice of Conference Call (Scheduling Prehearing Conference to Discuss Matters Relating to Case Scheduling and Management)
On Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, this Board will convene a conference call with the parties to discuss matters relating to case scheduling and management in this 10 C.F.R. Part 2, Subpart M proceeding. See 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.332(a); 2.1320(a)(6). In particular, this Board will solicit the parties views on the following topics: (1) whether the parties plan to request a written hearing; (2) if the hearing is oral, how many days do the parties anticipate the hearing will last; (3) if the hearing is oral, whether the parties prefer it be held near the Aerotest facility or at the ASLBP Hearing Room in Rockville; and (4) the scheduling of specific procedural events. The Board anticipates that the conference call can be conducted within 60 minutes.
No later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, any persons interested in listening to the conference should contact the Boards law clerk, Kathleen Schroeder, who may
be reached at 301-415-6077, to request the call-in information.1 To assure that the conference call commences promptly, all participants should access the telephone number a few minutes before the conference is scheduled to begin.
The conference call will be transcribed. After the call, the Board will issue a Scheduling and Case Management Order.
