_____________________________-___..-____x This is a notice under 16 NYCRR 570,20, Columbia County, Town of Stuyvesant and Concerned Citizens for Safe Energy intend to offer testimony with_ respect to the alternate sites, facilities and sources of power discussed by the applicant in its application, responses to discovery requests or direct testimony; discussed in the draft environmental impact statement, the ccmments thereon or.the final environmental impact statement; and included in a notice from any other party under 16 NYCRR 570.20.

In addition, to the extent already not included in the description in the foregoing paragraph, the following alternate sites will be addressed by the parties filing this statement: Arthur Kill (identified in PSC case 80004), Pomfret (identified in PSC case 80007),

Sheridan (identified in PSC case 80007L Ginna (identified in PSC case 80001) and Hart Island (identified in PSC case 80004).
