The attachment is a summary of our review status. If there are no entries to the right of the first two columns, then we have not started review of that plant. The entries are limited to SRXB activities. An entry in the last column indicates we have transmitted our inspection suggestions to the applicable region and we have sent our draft closure memo to DORL - in other words, the SRXB aspect of the individual plant review is complete.

In response to the workshop requests, we previously sent you a copy of our generic inspection suggestions document our reviewers consult when performing their final reviews. We have decided that the plant-specific documents will not be publically available since they address pre-inspection planning and the licensees should have an understanding of the inspection coverage from the generic document, the TI, and other documentation.

I owe you a feedback on TSTF but I'm waiting for information industry pulled together when the licensees addressed a possible TSTF approach some months ago - info that will help me so that I do not have to start from scratch and I anticipate will provide the benefit of a number of people's thoughts. When may I expect to receive this info?

I also need schedules for when we will receive the following:

- The NEI 90-10 update - note we are actively planning the method for endorsement of the update assuming it is will be consistent with our expectations. And I anticipate working with you as the update is developed. However, it will take some time for the process to work after we receive the doc.

- The final Purdue test report

- The Simplified Equation report

- A listing of documents/methods that NEI and the owners groups recommend for addressing gas movement through the systems I need the last three in order to update our acceptance criteria that we, including the regions, will use for inspections and assessment of operability issues.
