(Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station). The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to intervenor Pilgrim Watch's motion requesting the Commission either to order the Board to respond to a motion filed before the Board seeking answers to several questions, or respond itself to Pilgrim Watch's questions. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order, which denies Pilgrim Watch's motion. Commissioner Apostolakis did not participate in this matter. Would you please affirm your votes?
