NOTICE TO ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD In accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards Initial Scheduling Order dated April 4, 2011, as amended by its Order (Granting Motion to Modify Deadline for Initial Disclosures), dated August 23, 2011, NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra) is providing notice that it has submitted a letter via e-mail to the other participants in this proceeding pursuant to its continuing disclosure obligations under 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(d).
As indicated in that letter, NextEra has identified no new materials requiring disclosure since its last letter to the participants in this proceeding dated October 4, 2012.
