-Revision 4 to Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure EP-0901, Classifications On December 6, 2013, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) submitted letternumber 102-06806, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E,Section V, that transmitted a copy of Revision 4 to Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure, EP-0901, Classifications, and a summary of the 10 CFR 50.54(q) analysisfor the procedure revision.
It was discovered that the cover letter incorrectly referenced the procedure effective date as August 16, 2013. The correct effective date was November 1, 2013, which was properly Indicated in Enclosure 1, of the letter, entitled, Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure EP-0901, Revision 04, Classifications.This discrepancy has been entered into the Corrective Action Program.
It was discovered that the cover letter incorrectly referenced the procedure effective date as August 16, 2013. The correct effective date was November 1, 2013, whichwas properly Indicated in Enclosure 1, of the letter, entitled, Emergency PlanImplementing Procedure EP-0901, Revision 04, Classifications.
No commitments are being made to the NRC by this letter.
