On March 24, 2014, petitioner Local Union No. 15, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO and the NRC Staff submitted a joint motion,1 with which Exelon Generation Company, LLC concurs,2 proposing corrections to the official transcript of the oral argument held on March 6, 2014 concerning standing and the sufficiency of the hearing request.
The purported authority for the motion10 C.F.R. § 2.327(d) applies to hearings. In this Boards view, corrections to the transcripts of legal arguments are seldom necessary.
Nonetheless, as all parties agree with the proposed changes, the Board grants the motion 1
