the 2BD power cabinet.

The fuses removed were X-rayed, and the fuses and X-rays were sent to Westinghouse for analysis.

Wires and connections were checked in the Logic Cabinet and the 2BD Power Cabinet. iso abnormalities were noted.

The full length rod control system power cabinet is a Westinghouse model no. 916E646603.

CAR 1082 was issued previously for the investigation of dropped rods associated with the 2BD Power Cabinet and remains in effect for this event.
