Revised Requested Redactions of MNRC License R-130 Renewal Application Safety Analysis Report, Emergency Plan, and Environmental Report from Public Disclosure.
This letter is to request that the UC Davis MNRC redacted safety analysis report (SAR), emergency plan (EP), and environmental report (ER) submitted in June of 2018 be replaced with the newly redacted SAR, EP, and ER submitted electronically with this letter. The purpose of these redacted documents is so that the MNRC license renewal application can be made publicly available without unnecessarily jeopardizing facility safety or security.
This letter is to request that the UC Davis MNRC redacted safety analysis report (SAR), emergency plan (EP), and environmental report (ER) submitted in June of 2018 be replaced with the newly redacted SAR, EP, and ER submitted electronically with this letter.
