Pursuant to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's ("Board") Order (Identifying Hearing Procedures and Scheduling Conference Call) dated February 12, 2015

, the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("Staff") is providing the Board and the parties with its best current estimate that it anticipates publishing the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement in June 2015 and the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement in February 2016. The Safety Evaluation Report ("SER") with open items and final SER are anticipated to be published in September 2015 and February 2016, respectively.
