This is to inform you of our decision on changes to the Standard Technical Specification (STS) NUREGs proposed by the NEI Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF). We propose a modification to TSTF-284, R.2, regarding the guidance in Section 1.4 on the use of surveillance requirement notes that use the terms "met" and "perform." Our comments on this traveler are enclosed.

Some Surveillances contain notes that modify the Frequency of performance or the conditions during which the acceptance criteria must be satisfied.
