As such Lincoln County is responsible for the information flow between the Lincoln County Commission, the City of Caliente, the Joint City-County Impact Alleviation Committee (JCCIAC), Nevada Agency for Nuclear Projects, the US Department of Energy, the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, as well as among the other nine Affected County organizations.
