Docket No. 50-482: Implementation of 10 CFR Part 26, Subpart I Gentlemen, Pursuant to the above reference, Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) submits this letter to the NRC to affirm that as of October 1, 2009 Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) has implemented the requirements of 10 CFR Part 26, Subpart I. WCNOC is now subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 26, Subpart I and in accordance with the referenced letter, NRC Order EA-03-038 is relaxed in its entirety as of October 1, 2009.
