NRC MONTHLY OPERATING REPORT

SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS WATERFORD 3 SEPTEMBER 1986 The unit started the month at approximately 100% power. On September 9, at 2022, at 100% power, a reactor trip occurred due to a turbine trip resulting from high level in a moisture separator reheater shell drain tank. du September 11 at 1619, the generator was back on line and on September 13 the unit returned to 100% power.

The unit continued operation at approximately 100% power to the end of the month.
