The Security Plan changes requested during recent NRC discussions and by reference 1 have been made and incorporated into a revised copy of the proposed Waterford 3 Security Plan on the enclosed CD ROM for your review and approval.
In order to standardize our fleet approach with the NRC-approved industry approach, Entergy's responses to Order EA-03-086 and RAls were based on NEI-03-12, 'Template for the Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan" Revision 1 and subsequent guidance provided by NEI and approved by the Staff.
There are no new commitments contained in this submittal. If you have problems with the CD ROM or require additional information, please contact Greg Scott at (504) 739-6703.
