ULNRC-06902, Application to Revise Technical Specifications to Adopt TSTF-59 1, Revise Risk Informed Completion Time (RICT) Program (LDCN 24-001 8), dated December 5, 2024 (ADAMS Accession Number ML24340A177) 2.
ULNRC-06917, Supplement to License Amendment Request for Revising Technical Specifications to Adopt TSTF-59 1, Revise Risk Informed Completion Time (RICT) Program (LDCN 24-0018), dated February 4, 2025 (ADAMS Accession Number ML25035A301)
In the letter identified as Reference 1, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted an application for amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License Number NPF-30 for the Callaway Plant. The requested amendment would modify Technical Specification (TS) requirements in Section 5.5.19, Risk Informed Completion Time, and add Section 5.6.11, Risk Informed Completion Time (RICT) Program Upgrade Report. The proposed changes are consistent with NRC-approved Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Traveler TSTF-59 1, Revised Risk Informed Completion Time (RICT) Program.

ULNRC-06933 March 1 1, 2025 Page 2 of 4 The Reference 1 LAR contained two attachments. Attachment 1 provided a mark-up of the affected Technical Specifications to indicate the proposed TS changes, and Attachment 2 provided clean pages with the TS changes incorporated, as proposed. Following submittal of the Reference 1 LAR, the need for some minor corrections was identified in regard to the provided mark-up and clean TS pages. The corrections were made, and new/revised TS pages were provided as attachments to Ameren Missouri letter ULNRC-06917 dated February 4, 2025 (Reference 2).
Following submittal of the Reference 2 letter, it was noted by the NRC staff that proposed TS changes affect the TS Table of Contents. Specifically, with the addition of proposed TS 5.6. 1 1 (which adds a new page to TS Section 5.6), the page number shown on the TOC for TS Section 5.7 must be changed from 5.0-30 to 5.0-3 1. The Reference 1 and 2 letters and their attachments did not include/reflect this change. Since Ameren Missouri concurs with the need to make this change, this letter is submitted (as a supplement to the LAR) to provide the affected TOC page reflecting the revised page number.
Accordingly, a marked-up TS TOC page is provided as Attachment 1, and a clean TS TOC page is provided as Attachment 2. These are provided as an addition to the marked-up and clean TS pages previously provided.
This supplement to Ameren Missouris application involves no revision to the Enclosure of the Reference 1 LAR. As such, the information provided via this letter does not change the No Significant Hazards Consideration conclusions reached in the LAR, nor does it change the conclusion reached in regard to no need for an environmental assessment based on the categorical exclusion provisions of 10 CFR 51.22.
This letter does not contain new commitments.
If there are any questions, please contact Thomas B. Elwood, Manager, Regulatory Affairs at (314) 225-1905.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
