Dear Sir:
I Illinois Power Company (IP) is submitting the attached Revision 8 to Appendix V, of the Pump and Valve Testing Program Plan.
This appendix was revised to change the' stroke time frequency from three croaths to cold shutdown for valves IVQ004A, IVQOO4B, IVR001A, and '
IVR001B. This change is justified since the' valves. are normally closed.
