ss i,i electrical connection on one crimp lug caused a failure in load sequencing equipment.
This is an interim report of a potetially reportable item under' the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).

i Our evaluation of this issue includes a review of the documentation for the SSSS to determine if any reinspection or rework has been performed to date.
Af ter this review an engineer,ing validatfon of the sequencers' internal wiring terminations will be perforr.ed based on criterir( supplied by the vendor.
Our next report on this issue will be suboittedp o later than l
