DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 SEISMIC CATEGORY II PLATFORMS SDAR: CP-85-53 (INTERIM REPORT)
Dear Mr. Johnson:
On December 20, 1985, we verbally notified your Mr. R. Hall of a deficiency involving Seismic Category II platforms. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). We have submitted interim reports logged TXX-4669, TXX-4857, and TXX-4942, dated January 20, 1986, June 13, 1986, and July 30, 1986, respectively.
Currently, we have identified the platforms within the scope of this issue.
Documentation packages will be assembled for each item which will be used in the preparation of specific instructions for additional inspections. Our evaluation of this deficiency will be based upon review of the inspection results.
The above actions are currently scheduled for completion by December 29, 1986.
We anticipate submitting our next report by January 30, 1987.
