Dear Mr. Johnson:
On December 20, 1985 we verbally notified your Mr. Raymond Hall of a defi-ciency involving the fabrication of approximately thirty (30) platforms / structures in Units 1 and 2.
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). We antici-pate completion of the inspection and engineering efforts by April 30, 1986 and May 20, 1986, respectively.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion by June 13, 1986.
