FILE NO. 10130 The purpose of this letter is to close out the CPSES response to IE Bulletin i
83-06, " Nonconforming Materials Supplied by Tube-Line Corporation Facilities at Long Island City, New York; Houston, TX; and Carol Stream, Illinois".
The initial CPSES response to IE Bulletin 83-06, TXX-4080, dated December 29, 1983, contained open items.
As stated in the initial response, six (erroneously reported as five in j
our first letter) vendors identified in the attachments to the bulletin l
have supplied equipment to CPSES. Reports were requested from each of j
these, but at that time they had net yet responded. These vendors are t
Bingham Williamette Co., Chicago Bridge 6 Iron, Crane Co., ITT Grinnell, Metal Bellowc Corp., and Westinghouse Electric Corp.
I Responses have now been received from all six vendors and all the letters state that no Tube-Line Corporation material was furnished to CPSES. This letter completes CPSES's actions concerning IE Bulletin 83-06.
