Dear Mr. Collins:
This letter will confirm the extension of the response due date for IE Bulletin 83-06 until December 30, 1983. The extension was approved by Mr. E. H. Johnson of your staf f during a phone conversation with Mr. R. G. Spangler of Texas Utilities on November 17, 1983. As discussed with Mr. Johnson, we have not completed our review of purchasing records to identify all materials supplied by Tube-Line Corporation at CPSES. This extension will allow the Company to submit a single, complete response to the bulletin.
