On January 17, 1979, we verbally informed your Mr. R. G. Taylor of a deficiency in regard to installation of pipe elbows connecting the steam generators to the cross-over leg piping.
We submitted an interim response logged TXX-2955 that advised you that we were continuing our investigation and evaluation. We have completed our investigation and have concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10 CFR 50.55(e).
