On January 17, 1979, we verbally informed your Mr. R. G. Taylor, CPSES Resident Inspector, of a deficiency in regard to installation of pipe elbows connecting the stean generators to the cross-over leg piping. We considered this " pot.entially" reportable under 10 CFR 50.55(c).
We are continuing our investigation and evaluation and will notify you as soon as we have reached a conclusion.
