Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.71(e) and the exemption granted by the referenced letter, Lunilnant Generation Company LLC (Luminant Power), the owner of Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant Units 1 and 2 (herein referred to as CPNPP), herewith submits Amendment 107 to the updated Final Safety Analysis Report (ESAR). Amendment 107 is a revision of the existing updated FSAR and makes the FSAR current as of August 1, 2015. Plant changes which occurred subsequent to August 1, 2015, have been included as time allowed. Luminant Power certifies that the information presented in this revision to the updated FSAR accurately reflects changes to the plant completed prior to August 1, 2015.
The Fire Protection Report (FPR), for the purpose of compliance with 10CFR50.71(e), is considered to be part of the FSAR. Accordingly, the FPR through Revision 30 is also certified to accurately reflect ch~anges completed prior to August 1, 2015.
The Technmical Specification Bases, Revision 73, is also included for information only (approval not requested) in accordance with the requirements of CPNPP Technical Specification 5.5.14.d.
The enclosed CD-ROM (Enclosure 1) includes the following Licensing Basis Documents (LBDs) updated through January 31, 2016:
PSAR (Amendment 107)
Technical Specifications Bases (Revision 73)
Technical Requirements Manual (TRM) and TRM Bases (Revision 88)
Fire Protection Report (FPR) (Revision 30)
This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding CPNPP Units 1 and 2.
