Request to Revise Response Schedule for TSTF-476
REFERENCE:
Letter from T. J. Kobetz (NRC) to Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF), dated October 27, 2006, regarding TSTF-476.
Dear Sir or Madam:
The referenced letter regarding TSTF-476, "Improved BPWS Control Rod Insertion Process (NEDO-33091)," requested a response from the TSTF within 60 days. At the August 17, 2006 public meeting between the TSTF and the NRC, the TSTF requested that 90 days be scheduled for the TSTF to respond to NRC Requests for Additional Information (RAIs). The TSTF requests that the NRC extend the scheduled time for the TSTF to respond to the referenced RAI to 90 days.
