The following is a summary of information … The following is a summary of information received from the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (the Department) via email:</br>On October 6, 2022, Cleco Power, LLC notified the Department that four of their fixed gauges failed their shutter checks. </br>1. Two Texas Nuclear Model 5197 with serial number B1769 & B1770. They each contained a 100 mCi Cs-137 source (model number: 570-57157C). </br>2. Two Texas Nuclear Model 5192 with serial number B2503 & B2504. They each contained a 20 mCi Cs-137 source. </br>The two Model 5192 will be repaired using replacement parts by BBP Sales.
