Title	Gauges Failed Shutter Check
Event Description	The following is a summary of information received from the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (the Department) via email: On October 6, 2022, Cleco Power, LLC notified the Department that four of their fixed gauges failed their shutter checks. 1. Two Texas Nuclear Model 5197 with serial number B1769 & B1770. They each contained a 100 mCi Cs-137 source (model number: 570-57157C). 2. Two Texas Nuclear Model 5192 with serial number B2503 & B2504. They each contained a 20 mCi Cs-137 source. The two Model 5192 will be repaired using replacement parts by BBP Sales. The two Model 5197 will be disposed of and not placed back into service. Louisiana Event Report ID Number: LA20220010
