At 1335 EDT on 08/06/2019, it was discover … At 1335 EDT on 08/06/2019, it was discovered that reactor protection system (RPS) instrumentation functions for turbine stop valve closure and turbine control valve fast closure, end of cycle recirculation pump trip (EOC-RPT) instrumentation, and control rod block instrumentation were simultaneously inoperable due to a loss of feedwater heating; therefore, this condition is being reported as an eight-hour, non-emergency notification per 10 CFR 50.72(b)(3)(v). </br>RPS instrumentation, EOC-RPT instrumentation, and control rod block instrumentation functions were restored at 1422 EDT on 08/06/2019. </br>There was no impact on the health and safety of the public or plant personnel. </br>The NRC Senior Resident Inspector has been notified.nior Resident Inspector has been notified.  +
