This is the new Health Emergency Labor Standards Act - HELSA. ESSB 5115.SL</br>On 8/17/2021 the Framatome Horn Rapids Road site hit that threshold of 10 COVID positive cases. These cases do not appear to be worker-to-worker transmissions of the virus.</br>This notification is being made under the concurrent reporting requirement of 10CFR70 Appendix A concurrent reporting.</br>NRC Region will be notified.nt reporting.
