Today, November 21, 2013, at approximately … Today, November 21, 2013, at approximately 1737 EST, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) was notified that an indeterminate amount (less than 1 gallon) of sodium hypochlorite was spilled onto the lands of the State of New Jersey. The spill has been contained and cleaned-up.
