At 1340 CDT, on 09/23/2013, as part of a v … At 1340 CDT, on 09/23/2013, as part of a vendor analysis for the high energy line break reconstitution project, it was determined that Room 81 and 82 epoxy floor coatings do not meet the design basis requirements for a high energy line break barrier. This is an unanalyzed condition based on 10 CFR 50.72(b)(3) as loss of the floor coating could affect multiple redundant trains of safety-related equipment during a design basis event.
