At 1804 EST on 01/23/12, Unit 2 declared a … At 1804 EST on 01/23/12, Unit 2 declared an Unusual Event due to an electrical fire in the control cabinet on the Polar Crane. The fire brigade responded, de-energized the equipment and confirmed that the fire was extinguished. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.</br>At 1837 EST, the license terminated the Unusual Event classification.</br>Unit 2 is currently in mode 5 (Cold Shutdown) for a Refueling Outage.</br>The licensee informed state/local agencies and the NRC Resident Inspector.l agencies and the NRC Resident Inspector.  +
