The inspectors identified a Green,non-cite … The inspectors identified a Green,non-cited violation of 10CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion XVI, Corrective Action, associated with the licensees failure to take corrective action for the identified cause of a significant condition adverse to quality. Specifically, a feedwater bypass control valve vibrated open resulting in a turbine trip and initiation of auxiliary feedwater. The licensee determined that the cause was an inadequate procedure for performing maintenance on the feedwater bypass control valves, but failed to correct the inadequate procedure after identifying it as the cause of a control valve failure and a turbine trip. This finding was entered into the licensees corrective action program as Condition Report CR-2018-000959.rogram as Condition Report CR-2018-000959. +
